Our Philosophy
We're here to enjoy World of Warcraft together. It's a game, not a job.
We welcome all playstyles, from completely casual to dedicated raiders. No playstyle makes someone more important than another.
Trust is our foundation. We trust members to respect each other, communicate honestly, and honor the commitments they voluntarily make.
Membership
- Recruit: New members getting acquainted with the guild.
- Member: Full membership, without activity or progression requirements.
- Officer: Trusted members responsible for guild management.
- Guild Master: Holds the same responsibilities as Officers, with final authority when matters cannot be resolved at the officer level.
Recruits normally become Members after a short introductory period. Friends of existing Members may receive an accelerated promotion, reflecting the trust already established through that relationship.
Members should identify their main character and associated alts.

Conduct & Trust
- Treat others with respect, inside and outside the guild.
- No harassment, discrimination, bullying, or deliberate disruption.
- Be honest, dependable, and considerate of others' time.
- Resolve disagreements constructively. Officers can help mediate disputes.
- Follow the instructions of designated leaders during organized activities.
- Do not intentionally sabotage events, mislead teammates, or abuse another member's trust.
Trust is earned, shared, and maintained through our actions.
Events & Commitments
All guild activities are designated as either Casual or Committed.
The event's designation must be clear when announced.
Casual Events
Casual means casual. This is a game, and real life comes first.
- No attendance or performance obligations.
- Participate whenever you like.
- Leaving or changing plans is acceptable.
- Communication is appreciated, never an obligation.
Committed Events
Participation is voluntary, but accepting a confirmed position creates a commitment.
- Attend: Arrive on time and remain for the agreed duration.
- Prepare: Meet the event's announced requirements.
- Cooperate: Follow instructions and work with the team.
- Learn: Accept feedback and make a genuine effort to improve.
- Communicate: Give notice as early as possible when plans change.
Signing up expresses interest. Accepting a confirmed roster position establishes the commitment.
Most raids will be Committed. Most other activities, including dungeons and PvP, will be Casual. Any activity may be designated otherwise when announced.
Raiding
Raids are generally Committed Events. We take them seriously without expecting hardcore players.
Experience is not required. Preparation and willingness to learn are.
Depending on the raid, preparation may include:
- Appropriate gear, consumables, potions, and other announced supplies.
- Understanding basic group roles and responsibilities.
- Knowing your class abilities and their limitations in raid situations, including party-only versus raid-wide effects.
- Reviewing relevant mechanics or strategies when requested.
- Joining the required voice channel and following the Raid Leader's instructions.
Raider Tag
The Raider tag identifies a member who has expressed willingness to participate in organized raiding under these expectations.
- It is not a guild rank or a guaranteed raid slot.
- No attendance percentage or regular participation is required.
- After several months of inactivity, an Officer may notify the member that the tag is being cleared.
- Returning to raiding simply requires recommitting to the expectations.
Removing the tag has no effect on guild membership or standing.
Raid Selection & Performance
Raid Leaders select participants according to the event's requirements, group composition, availability, and reliability.
We do not use combat parsing scores to rank players, identify bad players, or determine raid slots. Members may use logs and parses for statistical analysis or personal learning, but scores will never influence roster selection.
Poor performance, inexperience, or honest mistakes are not misconduct. Deliberately underperforming, trolling, or sabotaging a raid violates our trust and may result in guild expulsion.
Loot
Loot distribution is taken seriously.
Loot rules must be clearly established and published when a raid is announced.
Those rules are binding for that event. They will not be changed afterward or during the raid.
Leadership & Decisions
Decisions should be transparent where appropriate, consistent, and respectful of members' trust.
Discipline & Removal
- Minor issues should normally begin with a private conversation.
- Repeated misconduct may result in warnings or removal.
- Serious breaches of trust, harassment, intentional sabotage, or malicious behavior may warrant immediate expulsion.
- Honest mistakes, inexperience, and ordinary inactivity are not misconduct.
- Failure to meet Committed Event expectations may affect future participation without affecting guild membership.
THE HEART OF IT
Our Principle
You never have to commit your time to us. But if you choose to, we trust you to honor that commitment.
